25 year old self educated pencil artist. She started drawing in Nov. 04 while browsing the internet for some photos. Through that she found some drawings from Zindy that inspired her to start drawing.
Since then she learned a lot by drawing and getting help from other talented artists. Now she mainly draws with pencil, colour pencils and coal. She is also creating other creative things like shirt-designs, jewellery, plastern bodys and many more.

Blake is 16 years old and has recently decided to join the Deviantart society. He is a budding graphic artist, but has skills in many types of art. Blake's specialty is using photoshop to 'virtually modify' cars and their surroundings, but he also enjoys photography and related art. Blake does not have a very large amount of art on DA yet but plans too soon. He is currently working with ~blade2085 on a very advanced project encorporating 3D and photoshop together to make an amazing artwork. He plans to better himself a lot over the next year and hopefully create a project that will really impress the DA community this summer.

Saibankan loves to use different techniques and experiment with mixing different things to create something original-looking. One thing he absolutely hates is an artist who copies some known artists style directly, taking influences is a completely different thing. He also gets bored easily so he changes his style very often, to find some new favourite styles & techniques to use in his works. So making original looking works is one of his many talents (I really don´t know if "detail-freakism" is an asset, but he´s like that too usually). He´s not the type of a person that likes to brag of his talents, so i´ll have to say it on his behalf. He can be extremely talented when he feels like it or has too much time on his hands. He´s affiliated with the computers too much todays so he changed his equipments to digital. Though´ he loves to paint & draw too with his hands. But he is intelligent enough to use pencils and brushes with those hands.

Samantha is a photographer who started participating in her passion at the age of 16, being inspired by her high school photography class. From there she has gone on to experiment in all aspects of photography, ranging from models to still life, and even some obscure shots. She works in both traditional and digital mediums, and generally prefers the traditional more because of the enjoyment gotten from working in a darkroom. She currently resides in the state of New York, and uses her mountainous scenery to its full advantage. This is her passion, and she is following it out of high school and into a career field.

The majority of his pictures are portraits.


He is a 23 year old student of film making and computer Engineer. Has been traveling, writing and taking pictures for the past 5 years. Is a follower of the film medium and has not yet transgressed into the digital medium of still photography. Maybe will someday, when he runs out of money.

Treke is a 18 year old boy from Norway(soon 19) He likes to take pictures with his Canon EOS 350D. For about 2,5-3 years ago he bought himself a Ixus 500. He has always been interested in taking pictures. His family can see that he likes to take pictures, and they support him. An after 2 years with his first camera he decided to buy himself a Canon EOS 350D. And he loved it. He tok many pictures just to experiment with it. He found out that he liked it.
He started to manipulate pictures before he got his EOS. And does all kind of pictures, from people to nature. He is a experimental photographer, he likes to try something new all the time.

She does have a sort of short attention-span so she tends to have a lot of things going at once, which tends to result in there being long periods when she submits very little, followed by shorter periods when she submits a lot of new stuff.

Born in England in 1970, Leigh Donovan has lived in Cyprus with his Cypriot wife, for the past 12 years.
Always interested in art, even at a young age, Leigh would spend all his pocket money on paper, coloured pencils and crayons. Encouraged by his parents and teachers, his love of art led him to study the subject at a higher level, including art history, whereby he was inspired further by the classic artists of the past and present.
Having completed his Fine Art foundation course at Leicester University in 1989, he has continued his vocation in art, developing his own unique style, utilising various mediums in a combination of graphic and fine art techniques.
His work includes both set pieces of still life, and spontaneously inspired imaginative art.
All imagery has been crafted on black paper using watercolour pencils, inks and paint, which allow for a plethora of hues, inflections and a depth that take you on a journey through his unique mind.
Each piece of work is inspired and crafted in Leigh's own style, with attention to detail, a striking range of colour and a touch of surrealism.

Wyldwoman (Debbie St. John) is a self-taught pencil artist utilizing both color and graphite pencil techniques to create photorealistic wildlife drawings. She has been showing her work nationally in the US since 1989 and is a Ducks Unlimited Sponsor Print Artist for the state of Oklahoma. She photographs her subject matter, utilizes her library of wildlife books for details, and still maintains a full-time "day" job. To add to her drawings, she casts the foot prints of the animals that she photographs and makes hand-made cotton paper casts of these footprints to add to her work. The largest animal footprint she has to date is a grizzly bear female she obtained on the east side of Yellowstone. Wyldwoman also utlizes stylus and needle for scratchboard and scrimshaw drawings on bone, mammoth ivory and antlers.

He was born in 1983 in Hungary where he’s living and working actually. He’s an instinctive person who doesn’t draw to serve others taste but because he feels he has to. It’s an internal compulsion what has accompanied him since his childhood. Permanent theme of him is the man and its inner world. He belives that the deep and never seen contents of men are representable with the human body. According to him humans consist of these intrinsic values. He thinks that the world is too big and inscrutable to discover therefore he looks into himself but at the same time he tries to obtain an insight into everybody to give a form the common feelings among us. With his art he wants to say the unspeakable: faith, death, hate, togetherness, desires and doubts.
